There are many different parking options in Grossarltal, in addition to the short-term parking zone in the village of Grossarl, there are several free parking options in Grossarl and Hüttschlag, two underground car parks and numerous hiking car parks.

Short-term parking zones
In the centre of Grossarl (municipal office, market square, Schulgasse and Dorfstrasse) the short-term parking zone applies from Monday to Friday/Saturday from 08:00 - 18:00. A parking meter must be visibly attached to the windscreen of the car. The maximum parking time is 30 - 90 minutes (see notice board).
Underground car parks

- Grossarl primary school underground car park (free of charge): Parking is only permitted outside school opening hours.
Hiking car parks
There are many hiking car parks in Grossarltal, which are the starting points for hiking and mountain tours. All these car parks are free of charge. The car parks are signposted along the main road. Please note: Only park in the designated car parks so as not to obstruct agricultural vehicles or emergency vehicles!
