Tourism Association Großarltal is committed to making its website https://www.grossarltal.info accessible in accordance with the Federal Act on the Accessible Design of Websites and Mobile Applications of the Federal Government (Web Accessibility Act – WZG) BGBl. I. No. 59/2019 as amended.

Lack of contrast is limited to instances where the legally required cookie banner overlays existing page content.

b. Disproportionate burden
Tourism Association Großarltal strives to make the website accessible to all users. However, not all links on the website are fully accessible. Retrofitting these links or the linked content would impose a disproportionate burden, as it would require extensive and disproportionate resources and time. The Tourism Association Großarltal is a public body according to the ordinance of the Salzburg State Government from December 10, 1996.

If the response to inquiries via the contact options provided is not satisfactory, a complaint can be submitted to the Complaints Office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the complaints office's contact form.

The FFG reviews complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, particularly deficiencies in the adherence to accessibility requirements by the Federal Government or an institution under its authority.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG will issue recommendations for action and propose measures to the Federal Government or the relevant legal entity to remedy the identified deficiencies.
