Every booking constitutes a contract between guest and host, governed by a set of rules laid out in the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH), which both parties must adhere to unless an explicit exception has been agreed upon.

In cases of cancellations or overbooking, misunderstandings may occasionally arise. That said, please be sure to consult the Terms & Conditions to avoid potential disagreements before they become an issue.

To avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This can be arranged either through your personal insurance agent or at any travel agency of your choosing. Simply provide the written reservation confirmation for your holiday accommodations. A minimal effort on your part, but one that is certain to pay off many times over in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, etc.
